How to get a refund
Contact us to request a refund. You must include your name, email, course section, instructor name and email, and reason for refund. If you can also provide us with the receipt of purchase and/or its unique code, that will expedite your refund if you qualify. We will assess if you qualify for a refund and provide you with a response. Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to process.
Do you have a code from a bookstore? We can only refund purchases made directly to us. If you purchased an access code through your bookstore, you will have to contact your bookstore for a refund.
