Payment methods
At this time, payments can only be made by check. We are actively working to expand our available payment options
Sending the Check
- Please verify that you are using the correct mailing address. The address is listed on your invoice.
- When sending your check, please include documentation that identifies the institution submitting the payment (e.g., Arizona State University – Fall 2025).
Using a third-party vendor
- If payment is being made through a third-party vendor (e.g., VitalSource or Follett), please ensure the vendor includes clear information identifying which institution the payment is for. Missing this information may result in invoices remaining unpaid.
Outstanding Invoices
Institutions with outstanding invoices may have their ability to create new sections or content temporarily suspended until payment is received.
